Moms 91st Birthday

                          May 25th , 2012 .... Anne Macauley celebrates her 91st birthday with family and friends . On Friday the 25th , Ashley , Shannon , Tara, Tyler, Sherri, Don , Dennis , Sheila and Mom went to the outback restaurant in St. cloud Fla. Then on Saturday the 26th we all went to the Norvig residence and celebrated w/ Linda , Jack, Brett, Rachael, Abby, Blake Ryan and Lucy blue . We got to see Lindas new pool barrier , and her zero gravity chair.

Ashley & Shannons 22nd birthday

We celebrated Ashley & Shannons birthday at longhorn steak restaurant, grams joined us . We had a great time ... ps.. for the record .. Tara gave me 3 blind cave fish for my tank ... only 2 remain .. one jumped out of the tank already .Lets see how long these guys live. My last cave fish lived for 18 years .. they just died a couple months ago ... agg

Easter Sunday ..April 8,2012

A nice Easter Sunday was celebrated at our house with family and friends ...It was Abbys first Easter ...and also DOGs first easter with us..

March Madness !!

         The month of March proved to be one busy month . Sunday March 18th we celebrated Ryans b-day at Lindas house . It was a double celebration really, Ryans b-day and St.Patricks day... that means corn beef and cabbage .. it was great !!
         Then on Saturday March 24th  we had Tara and Tylers "engagement party" under the "big top" in our backyard. We met Tylers side of the family for the first time and they were very nice. The weather held out and it was a fun celebration.
        Also just as the party was about to begin at 2pm ... I recieved a text picture of Rachael and Bretts new baby... Abigail .. seems her blood pressure went way up and they had to perform an emergency c-section . She was originally due April 2 . Welcome Abigail and congratulations to Rachael and Brett !!!

       April is shaping up to be another busy month as we celebrate Easter, Ashley and Shannons and Dons birthdays also .. stay tuned !!

Naples, Florida Jan. 2012

Our trip to Naples . Tara, Tyler, Sherri, Don this past January, went exploring Naples and we met Tylers grandparents .  . Our primary goal was to  find a suitable reception hall for Tara & Tylers (T&T)  wedding . We decided on the Naples Hilton . They will have their wedding ceremony at the beach. The wedding is planned for Oct .13, 2011.

Gum Pole

  You are looking at the "not so famous" gum pole monument created by the GREAT ONE ... "CLINTON MACAULEY ". This monument of  greatness gum represents countless walks to the site with his side kick Tammy. It took years to create and it withstood the test of time ... over 10 years of Florida weather and it still looks great. As I was recently inspecting this great 'monument'..... Mom (Anne Macauley) had observed and then noticed the multi-colors and flavors that went into this monument , as if to say how well thought out !!  Not to mention the fingerprints and dna left behind . Its almost like a time capsule if you will. It is a tribute to all the dog walkers and gum chewers of the world . Also it represents a man who truly left his mark on the world for future generations to appreciate !!! 

 Please be careful ..I would also like to bring to your attention that through this great nation of ours there are numerous wanna-be's and copy cats that are being created . These are cheap knock-offs, don't be fooled  !!!  . Visit the original in Kissimmee Florida and pay tribute. 

Daufuskie Island , South Carolina

Daufuskie Island visit last Dec.2011. Ashley, Shannon and Don ....  this place is like heaven on earth !!. We stayed at Frankie boy and Grams Ellens house in Hilton Head island. We went to Savannah Ga. the night before and checked out the christmas lights . Was a great trip with the girls.
